The Flores Group LLC ("we," "us," "our") provides licensed real estate brokerage services in the Las Vegas, Nevada metropolitan area, including buyer representation, seller representation, listing services, and investment consulting.

Program description: A consumer messaging program that sends one-to-one text messages to consumers who have affirmatively opted in. Each recipient is an individual real estate inquiry, not a broadcast list. Messages relate specifically to the recipient's stated inquiry and may include:
How to opt in: Consumers opt in by (a) submitting their phone number on our website contact form at dashboard.thefloresgrouplv.com/contact and affirmatively checking the SMS consent box, (b) signing a printed sign-in sheet at one of our open houses or listing appointments containing the same SMS consent language, or (c) replying YES to an initial double-opt-in SMS sent in response to a third-party real estate platform inquiry (Zillow, Realtor.com, Ylopo).
Opt-out instructions: Reply STOP to any text message from The Flores Group LLC at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. The keywords STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT all trigger opt-out.
Help instructions: Reply HELP to any text message from The Flores Group LLC to receive sender identification, this program's name, and contact information for support. The keywords HELP and INFO both return help. You can also contact us directly via the information in Section 9.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry stage and preferences — typically 2 to 10 messages per month per recipient. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. The Flores Group LLC does not charge a separate fee for SMS communications; any charges come from your mobile carrier.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and the recipient device's capability to receive SMS messages. The Flores Group LLC is not responsible for any text message that is not delivered due to carrier issues outside of our control.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
