Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The Flores Group LLC will not sell, rent, share, or transfer your mobile phone number, SMS consent record, or any associated text-messaging information to any third party, affiliate, lead buyer, marketing partner, or other entity for any purpose, including marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction applies to all mobile information regardless of any other consents you have given. SMS opt-in data and phone numbers will remain only with The Flores Group LLC and the messaging carriers (Twilio, etc.) required to actually deliver the messages you have consented to receive.
The Flores Group LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects personal information you provide when inquiring about real estate services in Las Vegas, NV, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, property preferences, and pre-qualification status. We also receive contact information from third-party lead-generation platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, Ylopo) when consumers express interest in buying or selling property and that platform passes the inquiry to us.
By affirmatively opting in via our website contact form, an in-person sign-in sheet at an open house or listing appointment, or by replying YES to a double-opt-in confirmation message, you consent to receive text messages from The Flores Group LLC regarding your real estate inquiry. Messages may include property updates, new-listing alerts, showing reminders, and transactional communications related to your active inquiry.
Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 10 messages per month per recipient. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. The Flores Group LLC does not charge a fee for SMS messages.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any text message from The Flores Group LLC. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages will be sent. For help, reply HELP to receive sender identification (The Flores Group LLC) and our support contact information, or contact us directly using the information in Section 9.
